Uganda Conservation Foundation Ltd has received funding from CITES MIKE to support the Recovery of Queen Elizabeth National Park Project in Uganda. This project aims to support Uganda Wildlife Authority (UWA) to develop their human and equipment capacity to enforce law and order in this protected area. UCF seeks to procure, install and commission brand new off-grid solar power solutions capable of powering two VHF digital radio repeaters. The towers have been erected and are earthed to under 5 ohms.
